After inquiry communication:

1. Receive invoice, proposal and contract

2. Submit your non-refundable retainer and schedule payment plan

3. Schedule an in person consultation and site visit at the venue

4. You rest, we design and plan

5. Event Day!

No calendar dates are held nor consultation given without non-refundable retainers paid. Proposals expire within 72 hours.

Plan ahead! Booking 3 weeks - 6 months out is the best practice for well-executed events.
